Moscow.TF 5v5 1 day cup

Basic rules are:

• Classlimit 1 for all classes
• Tournament uses weapon ban system. Before the match starts, team captains should contact each other and make 4 weapon bans in turn (8 total). Chosen weapons are not allowed to be used during the match. If, for any reasons, weapon bans can not be made (e.g. enemy team capatain unreachable/both captains agree to not ban weapons/etc.), default whitelist should be used instead, Also pyrovision, noisemakers, explosion on death miscs and toggable taunts are not allowed (Example). • Proper configs for maps are: msctf_5v5_cp for cp_shelter, msctf_5v5_koth for koth_databank and msctf_5v5_sd for sd_doomsday
• Default times are 18/19/20 CET (depending on the tour). Teams may start match with at least 4 players. If team does not have 4 players ready on server 15 minutes after default time, the opposing team gets default win. If both teams are not ready, they receive mutual forteit.
• All players have to record demos. Demos may be requested by team captains and admins
• Use match comms for communication, especially if enemy captain is unreachanble
